Hardy Park Bistro is located at 21 SW 7th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, to begin with we had little hope for this restaurant, as it is close by the office, we had seen other restaurateurs try, but fail. I was pleasantry surprised when i went there, the Aussie Chef, Chef Philip Darmon through caution to the wind and with the a relative every changing small menu has captured the hearts and bellies of the locals. He makes one of the best Crème Brûlée’s I have ever tasted. Typical items I like to order off the menu include:

Crisp Sweet Potato, Prosciutto Wrapped Haricot Vert, Spinach, Apple Compote and Jus
8oz Skirt Steak
Roasted Tomato, Fried Capers, Scallion, Spinach and Asparagus
