Pho 78 Vietnamese Restaurant is located at 2430 N University Dr, Sunrise, FL 33322 is my new local favorite, I am a sucker for hole in the wall strip mall type restaurants and after checking out the favorable reviews online I decided to stop by and was pleasantry surprised. Items I like to order off the menu include:
Shrimp and Pork Summer Rolls (2 rolls)/ Goi Cuon
Shrimp, pork sausage, rice noodles, bean sprouts, lettuce wrapped in transparent rice paper wrap. Served with peanut sauce.
Pho Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup
Fresh rice noodles served in flavorful beef broth with your choice of sliced cuts of beef. Topped off with scallions and onions. Bean sprouts, basil, culantro, jalapenos and limes accompany each soup.
Bún Vermicelli Bowls
