Valentino Cucina Italiana is located at 620 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 and is run by the very talented Chef Giovanni Rocchio, for many years at a previous location this was the local’s little secret, but they way Chef Giovanni cooks and presents his food, it was only a matter of time before he had to expand to a bigger premises. What I like about the restaurant is the way he pushes the culinary limits which in Fort Lauderdale is very hard to find.
