Boatyard Restaurant Review
Bimini Boatyard was a staple restaurant of mine in Fort Lauderdale, and when I heard the team from YOLO, S3 and Tarpon Bend Food and Tackle had taken it over and renovated it last year I had to go see what had changed. It would be fair to say basically everything from a shortened name Boatyard to completely interior, I am happy to say it looks great, Tim Petrillo’s team did a great job. Items we ordered included:
MAHI TACOS – grilled mahi, avocado creama, pickled onion, pico de gallo
Salmon Burger – not to sure what was in it, but it was great.
