The Forge is located at 432 W 41st St, Miami Beach, FL 33140 and well worth the experience. In my book there are different types of restaurants for different moods, from easy going comfort food to upscale grandeur event type dining, this is the latter. From the outrageous decadence to the poetic decorated meals, this restaurant is well worth the visit for that special occasion or just an escape from the ordinary. Items I like to order off the menu include:

Beet Salad
green apple, basil, sunflower seeds, beet marshmallow

Charred Spanish Octopus
Saffron Risotto, Green Olives, Sunflower Seeds, Smoked Paprika Rice Crispies

Local Red Snapper
Brussels Sprouts, Asian Pear, Scallions, Japanese Eggplant , XO Sauce
